SPANISH: Mi Nombre es Alexis Arriaga, vine a la clínica de Neuro Sports (Performance and Rehab) por un problema que tenia en mis músculos, en mi cadera, mis gluteos. Con un dolor que corría hasta mis talones (sciatica). Mi dolor fue algo que me afectaba en mi vida cultiviana, ya sea porque antes podía hacer ejercicio, y con mi dolor pues me prohibía hacer ejercicio. En el trabajo siempre tenía dolor desde que comenzaba hasta que terminaba. Para levantar a mi hijo era un poco doloroso. Cuando comencé los tratamientos en la clínica Neuro Sports (Performance and Rehab)….. Comencé a sentir más fuerza en mi cuerpo y notar los beneficios en mi vida diaria al hacer las cosas sin dolor mejorando.Cuando terminé mi programa de ARPwave me sentí mucho mejor y más fuerte. Ahora puedo trabajar con más facilidad. Lo que antes no podía porque mi dolor me lo impedía. Puede hacer muchas cosas mejor. Ya sin este dolor me frustraba y estresaba. ENGLISH: My name is Alexis Arriaga, I came to the Neuro Sports (Performance and Rehab) clinic because of a problem that I had in my muscles, in my hips, and my buttocks. With a pain that ran all the way down to my heels. My pain was something that affected me in my daily life because I could do things like exercise before, and my pain prohibited me from exercising. At work, I was always in pain from the beginning to the end. To lift my son was also a bit painful. When I started my (ARPwave) treatments at the Neuro Sports (Performance and Rehab) clinic….. I began to feel more strength in my body and began to notice the benefits in my daily life because I was doing things without pain, and improving. When I finished my ARPwave program I felt much better and stronger. Now I can work more easily. What I couldn’t before because my pain prevented me. I can do many things much better. Without this pain that was frustrating me and causing me stress. I sincerely recommend this treatment because of what they have done for me. I tried chiropractors, massages, cupping, which only eased my pain for a couple of days. My last option was Neuro Sports (Performance and Rehab), and I am very satisfied with what they have done. Also, another very important point is that they helped me with my language (Spanish). My friend Fili, a very kind and social person who was helping me in my treatment, was speaking Spanish to me, and I am grateful for that. La historia de la ciática de – Alexis Alexis’ Sciatica Story
SPANISH: Alexis es un esposo trabajador y padre de un hermoso bebé recién nacido. Con la exigente carga de trabajo en su trabajo y el trabajo de cuidar a un recién nacido, su espalda baja comenzó a causarle mucho dolor. Lo que comenzó como dolores y molestias progresó rápidamente a un dolor punzante desde la parte baja de la espalda hasta las nalgas, la pierna y todo el camino hasta el pie. Alexis sufría de lo que se conoce como ciática. La ciática es un dolor que se irradia por el trayecto del nervio ciático desde la zona lumbar, a través de la pelvis y los glúteos y bajando por cada pierna.
Alexis trató de resolver su ciática y dolor lumbar con ventosas, terapia de masajes y atención quiropráctica. Aunque parecían haber ayudado, los beneficios nunca durarían y eran sólo temporales. Continuó sufriendo de dolor lumbar durante meses. Hasta que Alexis se encontró con Neuro Sports Performance and Rehab y decidió probar ARPwave Neuro Therapy. Mediante el uso de ARPwave pudimos identificar los glúteos de Alexis y el musculos abdominales no funcionaba correctamente. Alexis tried to resolve his sciatica and low back pain with cupping, massage therapy and chiropractic care. All though they seemed to have helped the benefits would never last and were only temporary. He continued to suffer from his low back pain for months. By using the ARPwave we were able to identify Alexis’ glutes and core muscles were not properly functioning. With his neuromuscular system compromised his body’s ability to absorb force and disperse stress evenly has greatly lessened. Ultimately resulting in strain and stress on his sciatic nerve causing his pain and symptoms.

Shortly after starting his treatments, Alexis began to feel some great benefits. His pain lessened and wasn’t nearly as frequent. His range of motion improved and daily tasks at home and work became much easier to perform.
Upon completing his ARPwave therapy, Alexis’ chronic low back pain and sciatica symptoms had been eliminated! He was able to go back to his job and work pain free. Almost more importantly, he was able to go back to caring for his child and being the best dad he can be!
