“I’ve been working with the POV now for a little over a year. When I started I was 240 pounds at 10 percent body fat. A year later I weigh 270 pounds and I am at 9% body fat, so I have put on about 30 pounds of muscle in a little over a year. One of the things I like about it is that it allows me to access muscles I wasn’t able to access before. Now I have been able to bring those muscles back to life, which allows me to do a lot of what I want to do.”
