ARPwave therapy is an advanced, FDA-approved treatment designed to target the neurological origin of pain, injury, and dysfunction. Unlike traditional treatments, ARPwave retrains the nervous system and muscles to accelerate healing, promote pain relief, and restore function. By influencing pain signals at the brain level, ARPwave therapy can dramatically reduce chronic pain and improve mobility for long-lasting results.

ARPwave directly targets your nervous system, the control center of your body, to optimize how you function, recover, and rebuild. While conventional treatments may only address the symptoms by focusing on muscles, temporarily reducing inflammation with steroids or temporarily paralyzing your nerves, ARPwave takes a comprehensive approach by re-educating your nervous system to make it healthy once again so your body can heal correctly.

ARPwave therapy differs fundamentally from traditional methods as it focuses on the neurological root of pain, rather than just addressing physical symptoms. By sending signals to the central nervous system, ARPwave therapy influences pain perception through endorphin release and targeted nerve stimulation. This approach treats the underlying cause of pain for more effective and sustained recovery.

Each individual session is typically 30 minutes long. The number of sessions needed is determined after the initial consultation considering the patient’s specific needs. This is discussed on your second visit called your Report of Findings.

Most patients experience noticeable improvements after just their FIRST ARPwave session, however the number of sessions needed for complete recovery varies.

ARPwave therapy provides a fast and safe path to relief, increased range of motion and strength, often surpassing timelines of traditional methods 60-80% faster. We put the WOW in the mouths of orthopedic doctors, pain management doctors, coaches and trainers all the time!

Yes, ARPwave therapy is an FDA-approved, non-invasive, drug-free, and surgery-free treatment. It has been safely used by thousands of patients to achieve effective pain relief and recovery. Contraindications are pregnancy, history of blood clots or a pacemaker.

The ARPwave is not a TENS unit due to the fact that it utilizes direct current rather than alternating current. A TENS unit can only block your pain or your perception of it while using the unit.

Because ARPwave therapy is considered an advanced, elective treatment, insurance providers typically do not cover the cost of treatment. If you have an FSA or HSA through your employer, our services usually qualify and you can use your funds successfully to pay for your treatment. If you have a Care Credit account, most patients get approved for a one year interest free plan in our office. During your second visit called your Report of Findings, we will go over your payment options and plans.

At the conclusion of our patient’s treatment plan they are presented with an Exit Survey. When they were asked how they would rate the cost vs. the results they received, we haven’t had ONE patient report they felt like they overpaid for their treatment! ARPwave therapy is an investment in your health!

ARPwave is contraindicated for use during pregnancy, if you have a history of blood clots or having an implanted device that cannot be turned off such as a pacemaker.
